Greetings

I have a great idea, first a little about me. I am a male age 48 and I am disabled. I was a homeless man about 7 years ago, for a peroid of about a year. I learned much about the homeless in that time, by being one of them. I learned that some of the homeless got that way, because of health problems, which caused them to loose their ability to earn. There are also people who, just could not pay the increasing cost of living, or something they counted on, fell through, or even someone let them down. Thus, they lost what ever they did have, and became homeless. Yet others had addictions and or, had mental or other problems. I quickly learned while being on the streets, that it was not easy to clean up, and get back to work. Sometimes things we all tend to take lightly, like automotive up keep, and auto INS, payments can cause a downward spiral that can make it imposible to get to work, in some cases. If you're cloths are dirty and you smell bad, that stops most from ever getting another job, if for some reason, a job is lost.

Many company's are closeing their doors, because of jobs going over seas, or other reasons. it dosn't matter, once you land on the streets. from there it, is a chalenge, to stay healthy, little lone, pull yourself up by the boot straps. There are many temptations, from the street life, that get allot of people locked up, sometimes, they are ven un-justly convicted of crimes. The more well off folks, tend to buy their way out of troubles, via a good attorney, but the poor, get no fairness in most courts today. If you can not afford a good attorney, when and if this was to happen, you will likely end up doing time, while the wealthier folks walk free. So basically I did not just fall off the old turnip truck, I have street smarts, and some people skills, as well as a solid sound knowledge of the real word of God. I say that knowing most people who claim chrsitian status, do not even research their own book, the Bible, I also spent time in The USMC, and as a younger man, I lived in many states, enjoying snow Skying, cave exploring, some mountainiering, and Scuba diving, and much more. Also, I have pretty much been there and done that, if you get what I am saying. It only took however one mistake, and a little routen luck, back in 1999, for my world to change. but a lesson learned, and those hard days, made me stronger in other ways. So now I offer this charity up, for the right person, or person's. Take head, I am fully against Crime, Theft, drug usage, and there just is not any room around where I live for those who, have not yet kicked those abominable habits and short comings, which lead to destruction, of the mind, body, and soul.

Now here is my offer.

If you are a Outdoors loven, person, and can handle the lifestyle, and you have some minimal income, then this may be just what you need.
The offer would be suitaible for a partially disabled person's, male or female, a person that can be a self starter, knows a little about the country life, and have the can do attitude, and would love to start out as a camper, and build a reasonable habitat, like a cabin, for those hot days, and those colder winter nights. I did it with used materials, and a slowly be continous, little by little approach. The below, describes the area and my thoughts a bit more.


How wonderful it would be for me to help a few people, and allow them to come and build a better place to live, I do not have much money, but I do have 20 acres of clean, wooded, land.

There is a crystal clear creek, and it is about 7 miles to a small town, I live in a cabin that I built about ten years ago. I was thinking, that it would have been such a blessing, years ago, when I was homeless, if someone would have made me this offer. Now, when I did become homeless back then it was because I could not earn, but I never lost the property, I just could not live here, because I rented it, and used that money to make the payments, so I could keep it.

It is not for everybody, to live primitive like I do, but I know some of you out there would jump at the chance. This offer would be great for a person or a few more, if they had a SSI check, like I get, now, but not back then. These days, we or I, can go to town one or two times a month, and get the needed supplies. It's a great refuge.

I have chickens and gardens, for additional healthy food, and a little pond out back too, the road into this place, is gravel/dirt, but that is just how I like it. It is two miles to the black top road that leads to town, and there are no close neighbors, but the ones I do have are good folks.

The 20 acres is in North Central Arkansas, near the town of Summit. That is where I do my shopping and have a post office box. I do not have much money, but my faith in God, has seen me through all things.

Hey, thanks for the nice words.

You know something, no one has responded, and I have this up at other places as well.

When I was homeless, I never saw the Internet either..

This offer can extend, to those about to be homeless too.

The reason I say that, is I also knew when things were about to go bad, just before I did end up in the streets.

Sadly, back then I thought the system might have a "catch you ya, when we fall net", well it does not !
