I find it rather suspect that you do not deem it important to list the rates you pay for the panhandlers doing you service. It might be easier to justify your actions were you more free with such facts.
Despite any issues I have with the social and economic ramifications of this service, I certainly can't make any fair analysis based on the slim pickings you have for information.
