The market is so crappy I can't get rid of it anyway and it's currently in horrid condition because of squatters that don't give a rats ass about how they treat a place.
So, bottom line: it needs work to be made livable, the current squatters need to move down the block and no its not free but I can sell it for something around $250 a month paid off in about 7 years and I could probably let a month slip every once in a great while without consequence. No credit check, I don't really care what you've done or where the money comes from. Just make the house a home. I'd rather see that than it torn down due to vandalism.
FYI the neighborhood is urban catastrophe.
It's in youngstown ohio.
